Medical Fitness Assessments

Medical Fitness for Work is a medical assessment performed when an employer wishes to be sure an employee can safely do a specific job or task. The purpose of this is to determine if the employee can perform the job or task under the working conditions. Medical Fitness for Work assessments are also done to determine m,edical fitness of an employee after an illness or injury. Sometimes, Medical Fitness for Work assessments are done after employment has been offered, as requested by the employer, or as a condition of a job transfer.
