Listing Guide

Tips for setting up your listing on FidaHealth Directory

1. Click on add listing
2. The first form to be filled is for the Facility/Company profile. Fill in the details.
3. Choose the category of your facility or company
4. Add an image/logo. The facility image/logo should be about 400x400px and compressed to a size less than 300kb.
5. Write the name of the facility as the first name. Leave the last name blank.
6. Add the company website if available, address, and contact phone number.
7. Add additional facility or company profile information
8. Save changes and move on.

Next is the listing page.

1. Fill in the details for each listing one after the other following the prompts.
2. Choose the category of the listing.
3. Write the title of the service or product
4. Choose days of availability
5. Enter your facility type, if private or public.
6. Enter the city area and state the service or product is offered.
7. For some services, a consultation fee is also included.
8. Write a brief description of the service or product.
9. Click to submit and choose the Entry bundle to add the listing.
10. After that, your listings will be approved and viola! your listing is live.

You can enter your dashboard by clicking on your name or avatar on the navigation bar.
From there you can add more listings, edit your listings or reply to messages from visitors/healthcare users.
Always check your dashboard for messages from people who may want to make enquires about your listed services or products.

Other Optional Features

These optional features make your listed services and products stand out

1. Free Verification. Get the verification tick by filling out the Free Verification request form on the packages page. Get this by clicking on packages on your dashboard or packages on the Featured dropdown menu item.
2. Featured posts. You can post Unlimited Featured Posts to let people know more about your facility, company, or products. Get this by clicking on packages on your dashboard or packages on the Featured dropdown menu item. We can craft a Featured post for you if you are too busy. Open a ticket or use the Contact Us form and select Get Featured Posts.
3. Featured facilities, companies, or products. Between Oct 2022 and March 2023, in your entry bundle, you have a free one-month slot to be featured in the Top Facilities and Companies as well as feature one of your products or services in the Top Products and Services Space.

To get more slots please place a request in the Contact Us form by selecting Feature products and services or Feature facilities and companies.

After March 2023 the Featured listing package will be available in our store.
