Patient concierge service is hospital-sponsored convenience service for patient and patients’ families; they elevate the patient experience by making a stay at the hospital more comfortable and convenient.

Some patients want special hospital services at their convenience. This is another reason the concierge department was created. We run home services that entails consultation, dressing, and sample collection. The department ensure the movement of patients to and from the hospital.

They also engage in supporting the Administrative department with providing and maintaining Network/Internet. The Concierge department also run ambulance services, handles VIP patient visits and assist them throughout their stay.
