Non-Invasive Procedure – Capsule Endoscopy:
We offer a non-invasive procedure called capsule endoscopy, also known as pill cam, for diagnostic purposes.
The pill cam records internal images of the gastrointestinal tract, helping identify conditions such as inflammation, ulcers, tumors, and occult bleeding in the small intestine.
This procedure involves only a 2-day bowel preparation and swallowing a pill.
Invasive Procedures – OGD and Colonoscopy:
For invasive procedures, we offer Oesophago-Gastro-Duodenoscopy (OGD) and Colonoscopy.
OGD is the gold standard test for investigating upper gastrointestinal (UGI) symptoms.
Colonoscopy allows direct mucosal visualization, biopsy, and, if necessary, therapeutic intervention for the large bowel (colon).
