Whether you’re suffering from a mental or physical health condition, or are going through a difficult time in your life, it can help to talk to a counsellor. As trained therapists, counsellors are there to listen but never judge or instruct. With insight and objectivity, they will help you to understand your feelings, develop coping strategies and find your own solutions to problems.
They offer a safe, totally confidential space for talking to a qualified counsellor either face to face, over the telephone or online.
No problem is too big or small to discuss and our counsellors are trained to help with a wide range of issues and life events, from relationships, bullying and bereavement to eating disorders, addiction, trauma and depression.
